These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BonApp platform, operated by BonApp ("we", "our", or "us"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Overview of the Service

BonApp provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform to help hotels and restaurants manage their Google Business Profile listings and collect customer reviews. Access to Google data is provided through secure OAuth authorization.

2. Account Registration

• You must register for an account to use the service.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to represent a business entity (e.g., hotel or restaurant) to use BonApp.

4. User Responsibilities

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Use the service only for lawful business purposes.
• Do not interfere with or attempt to access other users’ data.
• Ensure your use of Google’s APIs follows Google’s terms and policies.

5. Fees and Payment

Access to BonApp may be subject to fees. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for any applicable subscription or usage fees.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and software provided by BonApp are the property of BonApp or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service.

7. Data Usage and Privacy

Use of the service is subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Data is processed in the European Economic Area (EEA).

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may suspend or limit access for maintenance, updates, or security reasons without prior notice.

9. Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

10. Disclaimers

BonApp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of data retrieved from Google or other third parties.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BonApp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business or profits, arising from your use of the service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
